Whitelist our IP address from cPanel

How to create a backup profile
Creating a custom profile is a more advanced way to configure your backup profile. It allows you to manually select which files from the FTP and which tables from the database source will be included in future backups. Whitelisting our IP address
On most of the popular hostings remote connections from all remote IP addresses are blocked by the firewall as a default setting. To be able to perform a backup of your databases our IP address needs to be whitelisted, which basically means that the firewall will stop blocking the connections from our IP address. Schedule automatic backups

How to generate RSA key pair
To be able to encrypt your SGBP files you must create RSA public and private keys. Although we offer you a key generation tool, if you want to create the pair by yourself follow these steps: Step 1. To create your public and private RSA keys on the command-line: ssh-keygen -f rsa_id Step 2. Convert OpenSSH RSA public key to OpenSSL format (PKCS8): ssh-keygen -f rsa_id.pub -e -m PKCS8 > rsa_id.pkcs Now you can encrypt your SGBP files by providing your public key.
