If you've not installed the SGBP Extractor on your PC yet, download and install it first. You can download the mentioned software here: https://backup-guard.com/downloads/

Run the SGBP Extractor and press the Browse Archive path button to indicate the path


Choose the respective archive you want to extract and press the Open button


Now press the browse Destination path button to specify the destination where you want to extract the content


Choose the destination path and press the Open button


Now press the Extract button and wait to complete extraction


A new folder will be created in the destination you've provided prior


As you see, in my case the backup contains wp-content directory and the respective .sql database file


The .sql db file you can find in /the-path-where-you-extracted-you-archive/wp-content/uploads/backup-guard/the-backup-name-you-just-extracted/ directory.
